All orders are shipped next day via Parcelforce Express24 service. We ship Monday through to Friday with collections possible but arranged on an individual basis 7 days a week.
All shipping costs are inclusive of the retail price for mainland United Kingdom.
International shipping is on a special request basis via email. Do not purchase on the website. Email us with your order and shipping service and we will quote you as requested.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Please do not hesitate to contact us immediately if you have a problem with your order. We will replace any item that you are unhappy with or offer you a full refund less the shipping cost. Return your unused purchase to us postmarked within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.
Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been used or fitted or not fit for resale. We can only credit the card used for the original purchasing transaction or refund the PayPal transaction. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded unless the error is by Fastparts247.
How to Send Returns: Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order that has been clearly marked as to which item/s are being returned in the package.
